我国会展教育与会展经济持续发展研究

随着市场经济的发展 ,会展经济以迅雷不及掩耳之势快速崛起和发展 ,会展业作为高度开放的展示窗口 ,在世界各国已成为一个集商品展销、经贸洽谈、信息交流、文化交往、旅游观光等功能于一体的现代经济产业。我国会展业发展迅速 ,但人才十分匮乏 ,会展教育至今还是空白 ,这样不利于我国会展经济的持续发展。发展会展教育 ,培养会展专业人才 ,是会展经济持续发展的保证     

Shaping Ethical Perceptions: An Empirical Assessment of the Influence of Business Education,Culture, and Demographic Factors

Recent events at Enron, K-Mart, Adelphia, and Tyson would seem to suggest that managers are still experiencing ethical lapses. These lapses are somewhat surprising and disappointing given the heightened focus on ethical considerations within business contexts during the past decade. This study is designed, therefore, to increase our understanding of the forces that shape ethical perceptions by considering the effects of business school education as well as a number of other individual-level factors (such as intra-national culture, area of specialization within business, and gender) that may exert an influence on ethical perceptions. We found significant effects for business education, self-reported intra-national culture, area of specialization within business, and gender for some and/or all areas of ethics examined (i.e., deceit, fraud, self-interest, influence dealing, and coercion). One of our most encouraging findings is that tolerance for unethical behavior appears to decrease with formal business education. Despite the prevalent stereotype that business students are only interested in the bottom line or that business schools transform idealistic freshman into self-serving business graduates, our results suggest otherwise. Given the heightened criticism of the ethicality of contemporary managerial behavior, it is heartening to note that, even as adults, individuals can be positively affected by integration of ethics training.     

职业教育的基本特征对旅游高等教育的启示

旅游高等教育是面向和服务于旅游产业 ,具有鲜明职业特征的专业教育 ;职业教育是相对独立的教育类型 ,具有不同于普通教育的人才培养模式。本文通过分析职业教育在教育目标、教育内容、教育方式、教育媒体等教育四元素上的特征、与学科教育的异同点 ,试图从新的角度来看待旅游高等教育中亟待解决的问题 ,并针对问题提出若干看法 ,希望能为旅游高等教育的创新和发展抛砖引玉     

对美国LNT(Leave No Trace)游客教育项目的探讨

美国不留痕迹教育项目(LNT)的目标是避免或减少对自然区域的资源影响，并帮助所有游客获得愉悦的旅游经历，本文介绍了美国不留痕迹项目(LNT)的发展。LNT项目作为一种重要的机制被用于把科学研究成果应用于持续改善低影响技术。通过科研，LNT能够为管理者开发适当的培训资料，并为游客提供“怎样做”的出版物。另外，在美国联邦土地机构、国家户外学校之间的伙伴关系，以及零售商的支持合作使这种模式获得极大成功，并能使项目持续良好运转。     

台湾旅游专业大学生实习的期望与评估研究

本文以台湾真理大学旅游学院为例,采用问卷方法,研究学生从事旅游实习的期望与成效。研究表明:(1)学生在选择实习单位时自主性高,不易受外界环境影响因素左右;(2)学生对从实习获得实际操作技术经验及专业知识有高度期望;(3)实习的最大收获为实质的知识与专业技能的获得;性别、实习的找寻方式、业者提供的实习方式(例如工作轮调,沟通管道和职前培训)和企业的规模均对学生实习期望和成效有一定显著影响;学生实习期望越高时,所获得的实习成效将相对提高。     

《旅游教育质量认证体系》及其启示

随着全球旅游业的快速发展以及《服务贸易总协定》的实施,对高素质旅游人才的需求越来越旺盛,旅游教育也越加受到各方的关注和期待。但是现阶段由于各国的文化背景、经济状况和教育质量都不尽相同,旅游教育的质量也大相径庭。世界旅游组织(WTO)为更好地提高旅游教育质量以满足迅速发展的旅游业,制定了《旅游教育质量认证体系》(TedQual Certificacion System)。该文主要就《体系》制订的背景、体系的组成、质量标准的构成及认证的程序作简要的介绍,并就其对中国旅游教育的启示阐述个人的观点。     

论体育教育与生存教育

生存教育是人类最基本的教育。体育作为教育的重要组成部分,对提高生存能力起着不可替代的作用。近年来,我国的体育教育受传统教育的影响,存在一些问题,严重制约着学校体育教育的发展。体育教育观念的更新、师资队伍的优化、评价体系的建立、校园体育文化的建设是实施生存教育的重要途径。     

The impacts of student and life satisfaction on tourism students’ perceived sense of belonging

This study explores how tourism students’ satisfaction with their lives and academics affect their sense of belonging within their school communities. The primary supporting research was conducted using a questionnaire, which 285 students in Akdeniz University’s Faculty of Tourism answered. The mean scores of the two scales (life satisfaction and sense of belonging) and the dimensions of student satisfaction were used to conduct multiple regression analysis. The results suggest that two aspects of student life (teaching staff and school management vs. student support and counseling) and life satisfaction had a direct correlation with students’ sense of belonging.     

从旅游学的研究角度看旅游高等教育

在高等教育改革的背景下 ,职业教育和专业教育的关系被进一步关注 ,而旅游行业本身的特点 ,对旅游高等教育提出了更多要求。本文着重从旅游学的研究角度 ,包括理论方面和研究现状 ,尤其是旅游学的基础理论、学科分支和学科成熟度等方面作了分析 ,提出对旅游学研究的把握是旅游高等教育安排中要深入考量的因素
